Join us for a frank conversation about moving from struggle to success with someone who did just that. Lisa Gilmore’s firm was busy juggling numerous projects, but it was not profitable. Learn how this designer finally faced her fears, figured out her finances, and got clear on her value and her message, and the steps that she took to turn her business around to make multiple seven figures.

The discussion will include:

  • Defining your message
  • Being true to your value
  • Setting Goals
  • Billing (it’s not rude to talk about money)
  • Getting transparent with your team
